Exceptional professional seminars in collaboration with La Fondation pour la Formation Hotelière (FH)

In cooperation with the internationally recognized association La Fondation pour la Formation Hotelière (FH), we hosted two outstanding professional seminars in October. The events attracted a wide range of participants—from industry representatives and educators to students preparing for careers in hospitality and tourism.
🔹 13 October:
The seminar How to Improve Communication Skills to Become a Better Hotelier/Restaurateur offered valuable insights into the importance of effective communication in hotel and restaurant environments. Participants learned techniques that support better interaction with guests, colleagues, and business partners.
🔹 20 October:
The second seminar, Communication Errors in Business English and How to Avoid Them, focused on the most common mistakes in business English and on strategies to identify and correct them. The seminar was particularly beneficial for those working in an international context.

Both seminars were led by Dr. Mihaela Lazović, an exceptional expert in business communication whose knowledge and practical examples greatly impressed all participants. Together, we strengthened key skills that are essential for success in the contemporary hospitality industry.
