BOOK CLUB WITH PROF. DR. JANEZ BOGATAJ

On Thursday, 15th February 2018, we hosted a renowned author prof. dr. Janez Bogataj who presented his latest book Ni ga tiča čez prašiča : kultura kolin na Slovenskem. The book which professionally documents pig slaughter traditional customs in Slovenia, their peculiarities and differences in all gastronomy regions in Slovenia and abroad is entirely author’s own work – result of his researches. The lecture and presentation was supported with the rich graphics and interesting narrative. Restaurant Seven prepared a degustation of dishes typical for this traditional custom in Slovenia.
