Trends in gastronomy change rapidly thus bringing new and fresh ideas and techniques. At the Academy of Culinary Arts and Tourism we strive to offer culinary workshops enabling anyone interested a life-long learning. On 22nd February we invited Anita Šumer, a passionate self-taught 100 % sourdough home baker, to share her knowledge of baking with sourdough with our students and wider public. Participants of the workshop had the opportunity to learn how to bake bread with sourdough and how can sourdough be used in baking pastry.
