COOKING WITH CHRIS WILLIAMS

Students of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Maribor shared their kitchen with American chef Chris Williams. Chris Williams is the promotor of the Food diplomacy project under the U.S. Embassy in Slovenia and a part of his promoting activities was also a workshop with students and members of Alumni club at our college. Students learned new techniques of preparing meat-free dishes.
