Erasmus+ mobility is an excellent opportunity to strengthen business connections and contacts, networking and upgrading the knowledge. Between 6 and 10 May staff members of CHT Maribor went on mobility and training to Spain. During their mobility they have visited various schools, exchanged contacts and upgrade their knowledge of Spanish culture, language and gastronomy. They visited the international event Fine Food & Beverage Fair GOURMET in Madrid where they had the opportunity to see different Spanish products and latest trends in gastronomy and hotel management. Director MSc Helena Cvikl participated at the round table as the representative of our school and vice-president of the international association Eurhodip. The topic of round table was the presentation of the best hotel and tourism schools and contemporary pedagogical approaches as well as implementing gastronomy in school curriculums.
