STUDENTS IN THE FINALE OF THE NATIONAL COMPETITION

Vocational College of Hospitality and Tourism Maribor hosted the 2nd preliminary competition for Tuševa zvezdica on Wednesday, 6th February. Teams from 4 different schools participated – Secondary school Izola, Secondary school for hospitality and tourism Radenci, Secondary school for hospitality and tourism Radovljica and College of Hospitality and Tourism Maribor (VCHT). Expert committee judged based on the final dish, the service of food and wine and the presentation of the entire story. VCHT students Miha Demšar, Tijan Wenzel, Lovro Vetrih and Anja Zadravec won the first place and the team from Radovljica the second. Both teams showed their skills and knowledge and thus classified into the finale of the competition.
