RESTAURANT SEVEN IN THE MICHELIN GUIDE

Restaurant Seven was awarded with Michelin plate. It is the only restaurant amongst 37 other restaurants in Slovenia included in the Michelin guide 2020.

This recognition is extremely important confirmation for all mentors and students of VSGT Maribor working daily to ensure originality and quality of our restaurant. Sebastjan Plevčak, chef and graduate of our school, and Tadej Ljubec, head of the restaurant, are two main pillars leading the devoted team of young professionals, all graduates of our school.

We are proud that Slovenia has 5 restaurants with one and 1 restaurant with two Michelin stars. Our graduate Jorg Zupan received one Michelin star for his restaurant Atelje in Ljubljana.
