Erasmus+ Day 2026 at VSGT

On 21 January 2026, VSGT Maribor hosted its traditional Erasmus+ Day, dedicated to exploring international opportunities, partnerships, and real career paths that mobility programmes open for students. The event brought together students’ experiences from the previous year, presentations by partner companies, and interviews between students and employers, creating a comprehensive bridge between the classroom, practical training, and the beginnings of a professional journey in an international environment.
After the opening address by Director Mojca Polak and Erasmus Coordinator Mitja Petelin, students who completed their practical training abroad through the Erasmus+ programme in the past year shared brief presentations. They highlighted how mobility experiences contributed to their independence, communication skills, and professional growth.
This was followed by presentations from five partner companies—three joined online, while two took part in person. In their addresses, the companies introduced their core values, organisational profiles, types of student positions available, training opportunities, and benefits offered to mobility participants.
Students who had applied for the Erasmus call then met individually with company representatives for interviews.
