As every year we are visiting Slovenia in November for meetings and presentations all over the country. This year we are planning our trip between 12-16 November and as previous years we would like to organize a short presentation for your tourism/ catering / hospitality students on TUESDAY 13TH  NOVEMBER AT 12:00.

The practice placements for students of tourism and hospitality are offered in different departments of 4 and 5 star hotels:

• Food and Beverage (waiter/hostess/cook/pastry/kitchen assistant/ chef)
• Front office- Back office (bellboy/receptionist)
• Animation
• Housekeeping, etc.

The employers provide the following conditions:

• Cyprus- min. 4 months, salary 500-700 € (NET PER MONTH) free accommodation and meals 3 times a day plus bonus for tickets (5,5- 6 working days a week)
  · Greece- min. 3 months, salary 450-650 € (NET PER MONTH) free accommodation and meals 3 times a day (6 working days a week)
  ·         France- min. 3 months, salary 550€ (NET PER MONTH) free accommodation and meals 3 times a day (5 working days a week)
  ·         Spain- min. 3 months, salary 250-400€ (NET PER MONTH) free accommodation and meals 3 times a day (5 working days a week)
  ·         Portugal- min. 3 months, salary 250-400€ (NET PER MONTH) free accommodation and meals 3 times a day (5 working days a week).

For all the above destinations, students can additionally apply for the Erasmus+ scholarship at the university and receive an extra support from the European Union.

• For students, who do not study tourism or simply do not see themselves working in hotels but prefer more sophisticated positions such as:
• Administration
• Management
• Marketing
• HR, etc.

We have prepared minimum paid or unpaid internships in countries such as: Spain, Malta, Portugal, Greece, UK. It is important to know that during such internships, students can support themselves with the Erasmus+, as the companies usually do not offer neither accommodation, nor meals.
